By visiting this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using the site

You must be old enough to make a purchase in your country of residence, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

2. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. Colours and sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

3. Products and availability

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and may discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and applicable taxes, including VAT, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers via Shopify; we don't store your full card details. Prices may change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud, and if we do we'll refund any payment you made.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

7. Third-party services and links

Our store and this website run on Shopify, which handles hosting, checkout and order processing. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

8. Personal information

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break any law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malicious code, collect data from the site by automated means without our permission, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, logos, video and text, is owned by Lypskyi Racing OÜ or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lypskyi Racing OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Consumers may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
