This Privacy Policy describes how Lypskyi Racing OÜ (registry code 17515205), Päevalille tn 6-15, Haabersti, 13517 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit this site, make a purchase or contact us. We are the data controller.

1. Personal information we collect

Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we don't see or store your full card number.

Device information: IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed and referring sites, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Customer support information: messages and details you send us when you contact us.

2. Why we use your information

To fulfil your order and contract with you; to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting; for our legitimate interests, such as keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and improving the site; and, with your consent, to send marketing emails and to use non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Who we share it with

Shopify, which powers our store and processes orders, checkout and payments (see shopify.com/legal/privacy). Payment processors and shipping carriers, so your order can be paid for and delivered. Analytics or marketing providers, only where they're used on the site and where required with your consent. Authorities, where the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep it

Order information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and for the period required by Estonian accounting and tax law (generally seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Automated decision-making

We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect. Shopify uses limited automated checks to prevent fraud, which don't have such an effect on you.

9. Age

This site isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
